I work in a variety of media from painting in oils to burning images onto beautiful pieces of wood. I also carve signs. I was born in Falmouth now living in Lanner. I studied at foundation level at Falmouth School of Art. I then went on to study for a degree in Illustration at Exeter. Later I studied horticulture at RHS Wisley gaining their diploma. I currently work as the Head Gardener at Enys Gardens Penryn, which is where I get a lot of my inspiration from. I am a complete animal lover and my dogs Murphy and Betty and cat Reg are the reason I started painting the quirky pet portraits.
